About the bench

Fork Bench is a shop forum for people who own manual lathes: South Bend, Logan, Atlas, the occasional Clausing. It was started 14 March 2014 so the same three questions would have somewhere to live.

An account is a nickname, an email, and a password. Nothing is mailed to confirm it. What you post stays on this board. Read the rules and the measurements before you ask why a finish looks torn.
