left hand tool to face up to a shoulder

facing up to a shoulder on the logan, right hand tool, i run out of room and the compound is in the way. somebody said a left hand tool. do i just grind the same angles mirrored or is there a trick that keeps it from digging

Same angles, mirrored, on center. It digs for the same reason the other one digs. Heel, or below center. Don't invent a new problem for it.

mirrored it. on center. faced to the shoulder without the compound eating the chuck. feels like cheating. ill take it
