tap follower, so I stop leaning on the tap

Made a follower that sits in the tailstock and keeps the tap pointed while I turn the work by hand. It is a piece of rod and a center. It works. The taps are less bent. That's the log.

Good. Don't power it. Hand is the whole safety system on a tap in a lathe.
