The shop fan quit on a day I actually needed it. The 9 inch and I had a short conversation and then I went inside. Parts for the fan are a week out. Nothing rusted. Nobody panic.

A week is a long time when the machine is heat. I'd offer you a heater and it would be a hate crime. Sit inside.
