motor mount cracked, the belt told on it

The belt started walking again after I lined the pulleys last winter. This time the motor mount is cracked at the adjuster slot. The crack opens when the belt is tight. Butte. Of course it's the mount.

Weld it or replace it. Don't keep tightening a crack and calling it alignment. A cracked mount moves after you leave.

Welded. Then lined the pulleys again, because the weld pulled it. Belt stays. I'll find something else to blame next winter. That's the schedule.
