who still has the box of change gears

I had a full set for the 9A in a green box with the chart glued inside the lid. It did not move with me in 2014. If you bought a pile of South Bend stuff in Ellensburg that year and the box was in it, I would like the chart even if the gears found a new lathe. I'll pay for the chart. This is pathetic and I accept that.
