tap handle, then a second one that doesn't slip

Made a tap handle out of 1/2 inch rod and a cross pin. It slips on the 1/4-20. Hands hurt. Making another with a real square broached, or filed until it is a square. First one is in the 'lesson' can.

File the square to the tap you own, not to a drawing of a square. A pretty square that doesn't fit is the first handle again.

Second one fits that tap and not the others. That's correct and annoying. Hands don't hurt. Lesson can has one item and I expect company.
