Sheldon. Middle pulley is a howl. The slow pair and the fast pair are just a lathe. I swapped belts. The howl stayed with the pulley, not the belt.

Pulley is probably eccentric or the bore is loose on the shaft. A howl that follows a step is the step. Mark it and see if the mark stays at the loud part.

Bore is wallowed. The set screw had been holding it by digging a crater. I'm going to sleeve the bore this month if the shop stays above freezing, which is a separate bet.
