brass, zero rake, I still grabbed it once

Ground the zero-rake tool like I was told. 360 brass. It cut three parts and then grabbed on the fourth and left a spiral I'll be seeing in my sleep. Same tool. Same speed. I didn't change anything on purpose.

The fourth part was sticking out farther, or the tool dropped a hair below center. A zero rake tool below center will dig. Check the stickout and the height before you grind it again and call the grind a failure.

It was sticking out farther. I had moved the stop and didn't put it back. Tool was fine. The part was a lever. I'm leaving this up next to the insert thread so I don't get to be a genius in only one of them.
